We are repeat Donatos customers and so happy to have Donatos pizzas and subs nearby in Jacksonville! Those oven toasted Big Don subs are amazing, btw! The consistency in quality never fails! Vegetables are noticeably fresh, pizza crust is crusty, not soggy, and ingredients cover the entire pie! No waste! All of that topped with great customer service really makes patronizing the store an easy decision!

Donatos is premium pizza! Their crust and toppings are top notch, ESPECIALLY that high quality DELICIOUS Provolone and the Shaker cheese that has grated Parmesan and Romano cheese that you won't get anywhere else. This pizza is outstanding, and you really should try it! You won't regret it. It's worth every single penny spent! I recommend to try their standard thin crust first! The pizza in my photo had cooled down already. I didn't think to get a picture when it was hot. We order extra pizza to have leftovers cold or hot because it's THAT GOOD! Use the app or online for ordering and getting points for free food!

I love their thin crust pizza. It's the best in Jax in my opinion. Ingredients taste fresh! Everyone at work loves them too. I would recommend The Works and the Double Bacon pepperoni pizzas!

I’m from Ohio, so I am familiar with Donatos and my first visit here was perfect! Ordered again tonight and the pizza was cold by the time it was delivered (live about 5-10 minutes away). We also opted to try the stuffed jalapenos, which were absolutely disgusting. They were barely cooked and were not stuffed at all. Those should be removed from the menu. Will still give it another chance. Edited: Love Donatos and learned just to not order the jalapenos!

Excellent pizzas; I love the thin crust with lots of pepperonis. I also ordered the spicy cauliflower pizza for the wifey, which was beyond superb you wouldn’t even though it’s a healthy alternative. Not sure why anyone would say it’s bland and has no taste; plus, it's got a nice simple but clean feeling inside as well.

We’re from Ohio and Donatos was our favorite pizza chain. We live in NSB and drove up to Jacksonville to celebrate my birthday, and had to stop for my birthday dinner! It was everything we remember. Pizza was amazing, we even got a second pie to take home!

Food is always amazing, but better yet the service has been fantastic every time! The very first time I ordered from the other location I didn't realize it and the staff at Donatos helped me get the order correct and was so polite and caring. That initial visit plus the hot honey pizza is what keeps bringing me back!

This place is absolutely amazing! Andrew was extremely helpful! My husband and I got their half and half and their very popular Hot Chicken Pizza, both were amazing! 10/10 rec! It’s been hard to find a good pizza place and this is our new favorite spot! Thanks so much!
